Biographical Information
"Clive Cowdery is Chairman of Resolution Limited, a financial services company first founded in 2003. He started his career in insurance advising clients as a broker and was previously Chairman and Chief Executive of GE s primary insurance operations in Europe (GE Insurance Holdings), with over $3 billion of premium income. The businesses he led included Europe s largest credit insurer with operations in twelve countries and life and pensions companies in the UK and France. Before joining GE in 1998, he co-founded Scottish Amicable International/J. Rothschild International, a European cross-border insurance business based in Dublin and formed in 1992. He is also Chairman of the charity, The Resolution Foundation, and a non-executive director of The British Land Company plc."[1]
