Clervaux Trust
" The name ‘Clervaux’ reflects both the Trust’s connection to the fields, woods and becks around Croft on Tees and a medieval movement for reform and renewal that has equally deep Yorkshire roots.
"From the 13th century to the 16th, the Clervaux family were landowners around Croft on Tees. In 1999, a Clervaux descendent, Bill Chaytor, donated 33 acres along the Clow Beck to found the Clow Beck Eco Centre."[1]
The management team is led by the Founder of Ruskin Mill Educational Trust (RMET), Aonghus Gordon, with 30 years experience in the specialist education sector. Tyll van de Voort - Land Manager has over twenty six years experience as a biodynamic gardener and a wealth of skills and experience in land work and social care.
