"Claire is a trustee of Involve. She is Executive Director of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, leading JRF’s strategy to inspire action and change to solve UK poverty.

"Prior to this, she was Director of Communications and External Affairs at JRF, and previously worked in public affairs and communications in the public and voluntary sectors, and for the UK’s largest trade union. She authored ‘The New Working Class: how to win hearts, mind and votes,’ in which she proposed a public attitudes-led policy-making model to increase public involvement in policy development."
