Biographical Information

"Mr. Christopher J. Stadler, Chris, is a Managing Partner of CVC Capital Partners Ltd. Mr. Stadler joined CVC in 2007 and is the head of the United States office. He was previously the President at Investcorp, Inc. since February 2000 and served as the Head of InvestCorp. North American Corporate Investment. Mr. Stadler served as a Managing Director, Corporate Investment ar InvestCorp. Group and was an Executive Officer at Investcorp, its predecessor or one or more of its wholly-owned subsidiaries since April 1, 1996. Prior to joining InvestCorp. Inc., he served as a Director of Corporate Finance at CS First Boston Corporation. Before that, he served as Managing Director of private equity investments for the Davis Companies. From 1986 to 1995, he served as a Managing Director at Bankers Trust. During his time at Bankers Trust and Credit Suisse First Boston, he originated and executed loans, high yield bonds for acquisitions and leveraged buyouts for clients including Marriott Corporation, Harrah's Entertainment, Dr. Pepper/Seven Up Companies and Sealed Air Corporation. He has been a Director of Associated Materials Inc., Associated Materials Holdings Inc., AMH Holdings, Inc. and AMH Holdings II Inc. (AMH II) since December 2004. He has been Director of Stratus Technologies International Sarl since February 26, 1999 and Werner Holding Co. (PA), Inc. since November 1997. He has been a Director of Univar Inc. since October 2007. He serves as a Director of American Tire Distributors Inc., American Tire Distributors Holdings, Inc., Stratus Technologies Group S.a., Werner Holding Co. (DE) Inc., ECI Conference Call Services, MW Manufacturers and U.S. Telepacific Corp. He served as Director of US Unwired Inc. since 2002, Falcon Building Products, Inc. since June 1997, CSK Auto Corporation since October 1996 and Prime Service Inc. since September 1996. He served as a Director of William Carter Company. He served as Director of Saks Inc. from 2000 to January 16, 2012. Mr. Stadler holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University, New York and a B.A. degree in Economics from Drew University, New Jersey."[1]
