"Chris is the Co-Founder, and has been Chairman of Restrata since its inception. Chris was also the Co-Founder of Olive Group, where he was the Group Managing Director from 2003 to 2008 before taking the role of Co-Chairman. As Co-Chairman, Chris oversaw the strategy and expansion of the business, which in 2015 employed 5,000 staff operating across 30 countries before its merger with Constellis. Post the merger Chris became a Board Member and Shareholder of Constellis. Prior to his involvement in the security sector, Chris had both a military and entrepreneurial background having been involved in a number of successful start-up businesses including The Third Space Health & Fitness, where he was the founding director and leading shareholder prior to its successful sale to Graphite Capital. He combined this executive role with an active involvement training professional sports teams and elite athletes. Chris was commissioned into the British Army in 1992 and served with the Coldstream Guards and the Parachute Regiment. During his career, Chris spent much of his time on operations or managing training tasks in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Chris was educated at Eton College and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He received the Sword of Honour at Sandhurst in 1992 and the United Nations Force Commanders Commendation for service in Bosnia in 1994. Chris is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation, the Institute of Security Management Associates and an Advisory Board member of The Amar Foundation."[1]
