"Chris has provided change leadership to Public Services since 2005 delivering a wide range of transformation projects. He has specific expertise in customer services, environmental services, transport and fleet. Most recently, Chris has led

  • Current programme (now in year 3) will deliver on-going £1.7 million ongoing annualised savings at an English Metropolitan Council (£4.1 million cumulative over 3 year programme life)

The delivery of an environment services restructure and transformation programme, delivering significant efficiencies.

  • A 3 year review of Fleet and Schools transport in a Welsh County Council delivering ongoing annualised savings of £2m including significant changes to policy (e.g.removal of discretionary transport)
  • The mobilisation of the merging of SEN and Adults transport in three London Borough Councils (Westminster, RBKC and H&F) with new contractors to a shared Tri Borough arrangement transporting circa 1,000 Adults and SEN children per day.
