Biography
As Managing Director of David Wilson Homes "Chris is responsible for all aspects of Divisional operations including land acquisitions, technical and commercial appraisal of development sites, and sales and construction activities. Reporting to Chris is an experienced team of directors.
"He joined David Wilson Homes South Midlands in February 2003 as Development Director, was made Deputy Managing Director in January 2005 and was promoted to Managing Director in July 2011. Prior to working at DWH South Midlands, Chris worked for Barratt North London for 2 years, and for George Wimpey for 9 years and has board level experience at Development Director or Managing Director level for 14 years.
"As Development Director Chris led on the completion of the largest ever single land acquisition for DWH of 2760 dwellings at West of Bedford in September 2007. [1]
