Biographical Information
"CHARMAINE GROVES – cum laude UCT MBA – works for Old Mutual, where she is CEO of Masisizane, a set of development initiatives aimed at supporting national economic transformation. Her role involves setting up and managing the day to day operations of the Masisizane S21 company, overseeing enterprise funding approvals, monitoring the enterprises and partnerships that have been established, ensuring compliance with the National Credit Act and other relevant legislation, being accountable for reporting to the board, and managing staff.
