Biographical Details
"Charles Winograd is currently the President of Winograd Capital Inc. From 2001 to 2008, he was Chief Executive Officer of RBC Capital Markets. When RBC Dominion Securities acquired Richardson Greenshields in 1996, Mr. Winograd became Deputy Chairman and a director. He was appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of RBC Dominion Securities in 1998. Mr. Winograd held several executive postings in Richardson Greenshields until becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 1987 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1991." [1]
