Charles C. Moore

Charles C. Moore is a Vice President of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus, Mr. Moore was a Principal at Cole Gilburne Life Sciences LLC, a private equity firm focused on investments in health and wellness companies. At Cole Gilburne, Mr. Moore was involved in all aspects of the investment process, including identifying investment opportunities; structuring, negotiating and closing transactions; developing strategic plans for portfolio companies; and serving on several boards of directors. Previously, Mr. Moore practiced law at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Williams & Connolly and served as a law clerk to Justice Stephen G. Breyer at the United States Supreme Court. Before entering law, Mr. Moore was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. and at Mercer Management Consulting, Inc.

Mr. Moore holds a B.A. in Politics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University, an M.St. in Modern History from Oxford University and a J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School, where he was the Nathan Abbott Scholar.
