Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of BioPro Pharmaceutical, Inc., a specialty pharmaceuticals company focused on underserved regions of Asia. Educated at the University of Virginia and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Mr. Adam's international corporate experience includes being Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of United Medical Industrial Group, a San Francisco-based pharmaceuticals company with three joint venture operations in China."
