Channapha Khamvongsa

"Prior to joining PIP, Channapha worked in the Peace and Social Justice Unit of the Ford Foundation, the Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership at Georgetown University, the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center, The Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholars Program and at the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging in Seattle. In 2004, she founded Legacies of War, a special initiative of PIP. She received her master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University. Channapha was six years old when her family fled Laos to the U.S. in 1980." [1]
