The Center for Environment, Commerce & Energy (CECE) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization that sponsors the African American Environmentalist Association, a small group founded in 1985 by Norris McDonald. [1]
According to the GuideStar online database, the Center "is not required to file an annual return with the IRS." Its EIN number is 52-1438583, its "ruling year" (when it was accorded official non-profit status) is 1986, and it reports no assets and no income. [2]
According to its website, CECE has a China office, in Lishu, Jilin Province. [3]
