Caylan Ford is a Canadian human rights consultant specializing in China. She earned a Masters degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and studied International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford.[1] She has testified before U.S. Congressional commission on China's treatment of religious minorities[2][3], and published in the China Quarterly, the Washington Post, and the Christian Science Monitor, among other publications.[4]
