Caylan Ford is a Canadian human rights consultant specializing in China. She earned a Masters degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and studied International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford. She has testified before U.S. Congressional commission on China's treatment of religious minorities, and published in the China Quarterly, the Washington Post, and the Christian Science Monitor, among other publications.
