Catherine Albisa "is the Executive Director of the National Economic and Social Rights Initiative, and an attorney specializing in the implementation of human rights standards in the United States. She is the former director of the Human Rights in the US program at the Center for Economic and Social Rights. She was also the Associate Director of the Human Rights Institute at Columbia Law School, and co-directed the International Women's Human Rights Law Clinic at CUNY Law School. Ms. Albisa also litigated constitutional challenges to laws restricting reproductive rights while a staff attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights and the American Civil Liberties Union." [1]
