An article from 2002 published on Refugees International's website noted that: "Recently, Catherine Fitzpatrick from Radio Free Europe's online magazine "(Un)Civil Societies" interviewed Refugees International about its most recent mission to the Balkans and the plight of the Roma population." [2]
