Biographical Information

Catherine "is an accredited Mindfulness Trainer. Clients have included the NHS and the MoD, working with soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. She is also Founder of the UK Spiritual Crisis Network and author of In Case of Spiritual Emergency: Moving successfully through your awakening (Findhorn Press).
