Casecade Power Lakhisarai power station
Casecade Power Lakhisarai power station is proposed 1320-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power station in Bihar, India.
The map below shows Nawada district. The power station has been listed as being proposed for either Nawada or Lakhisarai district.
The project was proposed by Casecade Power Limited. The Bihar State Investment Promotion Board lists the project as having been granted investment approval in February 2011. According to a 2011 Bihar State Investment Promotion Board, the power station has been proposed to be built at an unspecified location in Lakhisarai District of Bihar.
However, as of March 2015 the project has not received environmental permits, and appears to have been cancelled.
