Carolyn Lukensmeyer
Carolyn Lukensmeyer "is the president and founder of AmericaSpeaks. From 1997 to 1999, Lukensmeyer was the executive director of Americans Discuss Social Security (ADSS), a 12-million-dollar project of The Pew Charitable Trusts. Prior to founding AmericaSpeaks, Lukensmeyer served as Consultant to the White House Office of the Chief of Staff, and served as the Deputy Project Director of Management of the National Performance Review (NPR), Vice President Al Gore's reinventing government task force. From 1986 to 1991, Lukensmeyer served as Chief of Staff to Governor Richard F. Celeste of Ohio. She was the first woman to serve as Ohio's Chief of Staff. Lukensmeyer has a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University." [1]
