Biography

"Carolyn spent almost 30 years in the NHS, her last role was as Chief Executive of a PCT here in Leicester. Following redundancy from the NHS, Carolyn helped establish Inclusion Healthcare, a social enterprise which provides health care to homeless people here in Leicester, and it was from a colleague non-executive at Inclusion that she was introduced to Action Homeless. She hopes her experience and commitment will assist Action Homeless to continue to provide a chance for change for homeless people and help the charity to become one of the UK’s leading organisations in the prevention and eradication of homelessness."
