Biographical Information

"Caroline Flynn-MacLeod is a partner in Terrington Management L.L.P., a public affairs practitioner and political campaigner with thirty years experience gained from working in multinational organisations and businesses in South East Asia, Australia and Europe. Caroline served on NATO's International Staff as Director of the Briefing Programme for politicians, diplomats and journalists during the four years following the fall of the Berlin Wall (1990-1994).

"Subsequently she worked as Director of the Regional Resources Office for the US Information Agency, at the US Embassy in London. From 1997-1999 Caroline was Senior Business Analyst and Head of Parliamentary Affairs at GEC plc where she developed productive relations between the GEC defence businesses and NATO, as well as the governments of Central and Eastern European countries. In 2005 Caroline fought the Middlesbrough constituency seat for the Conservatives.

"She was elected to the ADS Council as a representative for the Security Sector in 2011."[1]
