Carole Artigiani

Carole Artigiani "has been the Executive Director of Global Kids since establishing it as a fully independent, nonprofit organization in 1993. Coordinator of Women's Studies and the Graduate Program in Women's History at Sarah Lawrence College from 1979 until 1987, she created Global Kids in 1989 while serving as Managing Director of the Foreign Policy Association. As a volunteer and activist, she has participated since the 1960s in efforts to promote civil rights and racial justice, women's rights, and peace.“ [1]
