"Before starting Obopay, Carol was founding CEO and chairman of Chordiant Software (CHRD), a leader in one-to-one marketing and customer interaction software. During her tenure as CEO and President, she raised over $30 million in venture capital and played a key leadership role in the start-up, development and successful IPO of the company. Today, Chordiant is a leading technology provider of customer interaction software to banking, card services, insurance, and lending institutions.

"Prior to Chordiant, Carol was the CEO/President of J. Frank Consulting for six years, a business she sold to MCI. And before J. Frank, she was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Legato Systems, Inc., a network storage software leader."
