Carl Conetta

Carl Conetta is co-director of the Project on Defense Alternatives at the Commonwealth Institute with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Washington DC area, USA. [1]

The project is affiliated with the International Relations and Security Network (ISN) [2], the Study Group on Alternative Security Policy (SAS) [3], and the Security Policy Working Group (SPWG) [4]. Conetta is also editor of several web pages: Terrorism/Counter-terrorism/Homeland Security [5]; Chinese Military Power [6]; and, The RMA Debate [7].
