Cahit Duzel was an employee of Philip Morris Corporate Affairs Europe who worked on countering legislative proposals to ban cigarette advertising in Turkey circa 1992. Duzel worked with Stig Carlson of PM Corporate Affairs in the Nordic Region.(PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996)[1]
