Biography

C.L. Springer was Committee Coordinator for Brown & Williamson from 1985-1986 and Internal Committee Coordinator for Brown & Williamson. (Source: NM Tobacco Companies Personnel List) He was also Manager of Internal Communications in the CA Department in 1988, Corporate Communications Department in 1990, and Communications Coordinator in 1987.
