Biography
C. Everett Koop M.D. Sc.D. labeled nicotine as the addictive ingredient in cigarettes in 1988. He spoke on the ABC News "Day One" program that claimed tobacco companies spiked cigarettes with nicotine. Koop is an expert on morbidity and mortality. [1]
