Burak Akcapar

Burak Akcapar is a Turkish diplomat and the Deputy Chief of Mission at Turkish Embassy in Washington DC, a position which he has held since November 2004.[1] Between 2002 and 2004 he was the head of the Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.[2]
