Bryant DeBaun (Brown & Williamson Senior Counsel, Council for Tobacco Research Director): Bryant DeBaun was General Counsel for Brown & Williamson. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996) He was also Vice President for Brown & Williamson (replaced in 1975) and a Council for Tobacco Research Director from 1975 to 1979. (N.M. Biography

H. Bryant DeBaun worked for Brown & Williamson as Assistant Counsel in 1964. He was a Lawyer for Brown & Williamson from 1974 to 1975 (replaced in 75'), Law and PR in 1973, Vice President and General Counsel in 1972, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 1970 to 1972 and Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary in 1969.
