Bryan Stevens "was Director of the Involvement and Participation Association (IPA) the UK's leading advocate of employee involvement in industry and commerce, and still acts as their Adviser. He initiated the "Towards Industrial Partnership" initiative between managers and trade unions. His career in personnel included BP, the Industrial Society, Black and Decker, Wilkinson Sword and Redland. He specialises in management development and employee relations. He is Chair of Aidcamps International, a charity providing volunteers for work experience in Asia and Africa; and a Trustee (formerly Chair) of FOCUS, a charity working with socially disadvantaged young people."
