Brian Small

Brian joined the Boohoo "Board in April 2019 as a Non-Executive Director, after which he was appointed Deputy Chairman in January 2020. He currently chairs the Group’s Audit Committee. Most recently Brian was CFO of JD Sports plc for nearly 15 years. Prior to this role, he was Operations Finance Director at Intercare Group Plc and has also been Finance Director of a number of other companies. Brian is currently the Audit Chair and a trustee of Retail Trust, a leading retail industry charity. Brian is currently a Non-Executive Director at Pendragon plc and Mothercare plc, and is Audit Chair at both."
