Biographical Information
"Brian Mountford P.Eng., C.Eng. has been the President of Brian Mountford and Associates Ltd. since 1980. Since immigrating to Canada in 1968, Mr. Mountford has obtained a diverse experience in the mining industry. He has combined his mining expertise with the initiation and financing of new companies. He has been involved as a Principal in the development of several exploration projects. Mr. Mountford served as Vice President of Northern Dynasty Mines Inc. the U.S. subsidiary of Northern Dynasty Mines Ltd. until July 2005. He served as a Consultant of Galahad Gold PLC. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. and its Director of Infrastructure and Road, Power and Port Engineering until June 2005. He served as President of Aldridge Resources Ltd. from 1995 to 2003. He served as President of Aldridge Minerals Inc. until June 26, 2003. He served as President of Centennial Minerals Ltd. and Britannia Mine (President of High River Gold). Since 1977, Mr. Mountford operated his own consulting engineering company. Prior to 1977, he served as Senior Mining Engineer and Coal Consultant of Wright Engineers Ltd., Manager of Operations of Lacana Mining Corp., an engineer with International Nickel Co. of Canada, and worked with National Coal Board (NCB). Mr. Mountford was also responsible for the development of Montana Tunnels project of Centennial Resources Ltd. He served as Chairman of Brohm Resources PLC. He has been a Director of Andover Ventures, Inc., since October 31, 2007. He serves as a Director of Northern Dynasty Mines Inc. He served as Director of Chief of Andover Ventures, Inc. He served as a Director of Chief Consolidated Mining Co., from May 16, 2008 to September 17, 2008, Aldridge Resources Ltd. from 1995 to 2003 and Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. from July 2003 to June 2005. He has been Professional Reviewer for the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 2001. In this capacity, he evaluates the work of other licensed engineers. Mr. Mountford is a UK-educated Mining Engineer with professional affiliations in Canada (P.Eng) and the UK (C Eng)."[1]
