"Brian Menell has been Executive Chairman of the Company since January 2004. He has a background in mining, both diamonds and other minerals, having worked for DeBeers for eight years in London, Namibia, Belgium and South Africa. He was Executive Director of AngloVaal Mining Limited from January 1998 to June 2002 and Executive Director of Norinter Financial Ltd from June 2002 to January 2004. He was involved in the establishment and is an executive board member of A1 Holdings Limited. He holds a BA(Hons) from the University of Pennsylvania, USA."
