Brian F. MacNeill

Brian MacNeill "was elected to Suncor’s Board of Directors in 2009 and is chair of the governance committee and a member of the audit committee.

"Previously, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petro-Canada, and prior to that, President and CEO of Enbridge Inc.

"Mr. MacNeill is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. He is also a Fellow of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
