Biographical Information
William "Bill" Edgar Oddie OBE "is an author, actor, comedian, artist, naturalist and musician. A birdwatcher since childhood, Oddie has a strong reputation as an ornithologist, conservationist and television presenter on wildlife issues. A national treasure, Bill Oddie was the star of the biggest comedy hit of the 70s - the Goodies. He was the UK's favourite wildlife presenter, regularly fronting Springwatch and Autumnwatch which had a daily audience of over 4 million viewers." [1]
