"Prior to becoming a contractor Bill was Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of First Australian Building Society for several years. He joined the society at the time of the public float, having previously spent many years in credit and lending positions in merchant banking in Sydney .
"Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of NSW , is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA). He is a member of CSA's Queensland State Council , is active in the "Public Company Secretaries' Discussion Group" and lectures for CSA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants ' courses in company secretarial practice.
