"Bill Crothers is the Government’s Chief Commercial Officer in the Cabinet Office and recently led the formation and creation of the Crown Commercial Service. Bill has almost 25 years experience in business. Prior to joining the civil service he operated as a senior business leader within Accenture and was appointed to Accenture’s UK Board in 1995, running various business units and leading the Resources Unit across 11 countries in Europe."
