Bill Bernstein

Bill Bernstein, MS, LPC "is Deputy Director of Mosaic Family Services in Dallas. He was Chairperson of the Domestic Violence Subcommittee for the Dallas County Community Plan, is Chairperson of the Metroplex Refugee Network, and Co-Chair of the Freedom Network USA. Bill has overseen the program of comprehensive services to victims of human trafficking since 2000. Mosaic is a founding member of the North Texas Anti-Trafficking Team, comprised of federal, state and local law enforcement as well as social service providers. The agency has worked with federal and local law enforcement agencies on several trafficking cases involving multiple victims."
