Beth Clay

Dan Burton’s "former staffer, Beth Clay, a “founding board member of the National Autism Association,” is an “international ambassador” for CCHR and reportedly previously lobbied and performed other work on behalf of the “mercury causes autism” outfit SafeMinds." [1]

Beth Clay serves as the International Chiropractors Association "Acting Executive Director / Director of Government Relations. A globally recognized expert in complementary and alternative (integrative) health policy, an advocate for complementary and alternative health, and health freedom...In the 1990s, Beth began her federal service at the National Institutes of Health, working administratively in the international, rare disease and alternative medicine activities of the Institute. She served as the first Committee Management Officer of the Alternative Medicine Program Advisory Committee. In 1998, she was invited by then Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform in the US House of Representatives (Congressman Dan Burton) to join the staff and lead an investigation looking at the role of complementary and alternative therapies in our health system. Her responsibilities as Senior Professional Staff would be expanded to lead investigations of high priority matters including vaccine injury, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, and the epidemic increase in autism spectrum disorders. She was also involved in matters related to health disparities and health freedom issues.

"Beth is the primary author of two Committee staff reports – Mercury in Medicine and FACA: Conflicts of Interest in Vaccine Development. Beth traveled to Russia, Germany, Canada and across the United States to represent and speak on behalf of the Chairman. During her federal service, Beth served as a delegate on a WTO level Committee of the CODEX Alimentarius. Beth studied liberal arts at Furman University and completed undergraduate coursework in Maryland colleges. After leaving government service Beth opted to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysics at the University of Metaphysical Sciences and is currently completing her Masters.

Beth received hospice training with the Twilight Brigade and is a Level 3 Reiki Master Teacher. Beth was a founding board member of the National Autism Association; was an advocacy advisor to the World Mercury Project which is now known as Children’s Health Defense. For the last 15 years she has served as an International Commissioner for Human Rights with the Citizen Commission for Human Rights to raise awareness of violations of human rights in the mental health field globally. On behalf of the ICA, Beth co-Chaired the Integrative Health Policy Consortium (IHPC) Federal Policy Committee in 2018 and currently co-Chairs the .IHPC Committee on Bioenergy and Health." [2]
