Biographical Information
In 2012, Bertrand Meunier "joined CVC Capital Partners ('CVC') as a Managing Partner and member of the PE Board with immediate effect....Bertrand Meunier was Chairman of the Partner Committee and Head of the sector teams at PAI Partners. He joined PAI, formerly part of BNP Paribas, in 1982 and for 11 years led investments in Information Technology and Telecommunications, before turning to the Consumer Goods, Retail and Services sector which he led for 8 years. He was involved in a significant number of major transactions for PAI including Amora-Maille, Atos, Bouygues Telecom, Chr. Hansen, Panzani, Saur, SPIE, United Biscuits,[ Vivarte, and Yoplait. For the past eighteen months he was Managing Partner of the private partnership M&M Capital.[1]
