The Berkshire Group operates through two primary business platforms: Berkshire Realty Ventures and Berkshire Property Advisors. (1999 – 2005) Berkshire Realty Holdings, L.P. – Privatized NYSE REIT in partnership with Goldman Sachs & The Blackstone Group. Company was monetized in 2005.[1]
