"Beethoven Tayel is the founder and managing director at B2LS Consulting, a young entrepreneurial effort that is dedicated to improving the “lot” of the Egyptian business sector, more so of private businesses, in applying their visions and wishes to go international. Beethoven has advised and coached a variety of SME’s across automotive industries, food industries, white goods industries, and several service sectors.
"His clients include: Hero, Kraft, Cadbury, Mercedes, Toshiba El‐Araby, Orascom Technology, Cilantro as well as a number of other well known companies. Particular experience with managing large complex projects with multinational interdisciplinary teams. Experience in working with, and leading diverse and global teams of senior clients and consultants.
"Beethoven has conducted several projects for a wide range of corporations and brings to a strong experience in process optimization, strategic transformations, and organization turnaround programs.
"Prior to joining B2LS Consulting, Beethoven has worked many years for the conglomerate Orascom Group, were he acted as owner’s representative for the mega projects department and then became the Assistant to Vice Chairman. Beethoven has also conducted short term assignments with Krupp Stahlbau Hannover (Germany), other multinational corporations such as B6 (Belgium), and Dan Steel (Denmark)." [1]
