Biographical Information
"Balbir Chatrik joined Centrepoint as director of policy and communications in September 2003... Balbir has worked for several national organisations including the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and Youthaid. In 2000, Balbir undertook a three year secondment at the Department for Children, Schools and Families which enabled her to learn more about the internal workings of government. Up until June 2008, Balbir was a trustee of the EDF Energy Trust. She has also been a school governor and joint chair of the National Organisation for Work with Girls and Young Women."[1]
