Asbestos Alliance
The Asbestos Alliance - whose positioning statement is 'seeking a fair solution' - is a coalition that includes companies, trade associations, and other parties seeking congressional legislation to solve America's asbestos litigation crisis.
History
The Asbestos Alliance, in conjunction with Porter Novelli won a 2003 Bronze SABRE award in the 'issues advertising' category for its campaign "The asbestos litigation crisis: solving the problem before time runs out". [1]
(SABRE is the acronym for 'Superior Achievement in Branding and Reputation'. The SABRE awards are sponsored by Paul Holmes, the publisher of The Holmes Report with the bronze category open to nominations for "excellence in technical aspects of communication, including the production of annual reports, corporate advertising, or websites").
