Arthur Shenfield

Professor Arthur Shenfield (1909-1990) was a libertarian lawyer and academic who wrote prolifically on right-wing economic issues.

He opposed child labour laws, rejected compulsory state schooling, and had no time for affirmative action, believing that discrimination on any grounds whatsoever is a fundamental legal right.

He was married to Barbara Shenfield.
