Arno Jansen

Arno Jansen, "a mechanical engineer, has extensive experience as a team leader and project manager and is highly skilled at sourcing, assembling and leading effective and motivated teams for large and complex projects. Prior to becoming a partner in TAGO International, Arno was the CEO of Schaffer & Associates International, L.L.C. and Africaglobal L.L.C., which formed part of the Schaffer Global Group.

"At the request of the Board U.S. Sugar, Arno took a leave in 2004 to manage the Plant Refurbishment and Expansion Project at its facility in Clewiston, Florida. This included project structuring and onsite project engineering involving the Owners Team. The project was completed on schedule without loss of production in the adjoining facility.

"His experience covers eight years as a senior design engineer in the nuclear power industry and 18 years in project management covering the sugar, fiber board and timber industries, among others."
