Arjan Shahani-Moreno "is a graduate of Tec de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico and a former staff coordinator with the Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution (IIMCR). He is currently the Director of the American Bar Association Mediation program in Mexico."
