"Antony Rex Butler, Tony MA, FCA serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Africa Mining Plc. Mr. Butler served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Securities in Seoul, Korea, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Holding Limited. Mr. Butler served 12 years as an Independent Consultant, specializing in high level strategy, extensively in emerging/developing markets. Mr. Butler is an experienced Senior Corporate Executive, with an early career rooted in banking. He served 12 years in managing corporate banking activities for Citibank across the UK, where he served as Regional Director for Central and East Africa and was responsible for its operations in 17 countries. Mr. Butler served Senior Executive positions at banks in Riyadh and Bahrain. He served as Group Managing Director of Ecobank. He advised the boards on corporate governance and redesign and implementation of new strategy, structure and management process. He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer positions at regional banks in the Middle East and West Africa. Mr. Butler consulted for 12 years at Chairperson and Board level in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He served 35 years in banking, executive management and strategy consulting. He serves as the Chairman and Director of Consolidated Africa Mining Plc. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Rusina Mining Ltd., since October 8, 2007. He also served as a Non-Executive Director of Bridge Investment Holding Limited ("BIH"). Mr. Butler qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen. He graduated in Literae Humaniores from Oxford University."
