Biographical Information

"Mr. Antoine Frerot serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Environnement at Dalkia AB. Mr. Frerot has been the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Environnement SA since December 12, 2010 and serves as its Senior Executive Vice-President. Mr. Frerot served as the Head of Water Division of Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies S.A and also as Head of Veolia Eau-Compagnie Général des Eaux. He served as an Executive Vice President of Veolia Environnement SA, a holding company of Veolia Water North America, Inc. since April 2000. Mr. Frerot served as the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Water S.A since January 21, 2003 and also served as its Member of Management Board. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies S.A., a subsidiary of Veolia Environnement SA since 1995. He served as the Head of Water Division of Veolia Environnement SA since April 2000 and a Member of the Management Board from April 2000 to April 30, 2003. Mr. Frerot started his career in 1981 as a Research Engineer at the Bureau Central d'Études pour l'Outre-Mer. In 1983, he joined the Research centre at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées as Project Manager before becoming Deputy Director from 1984 to 1988. From 1988 to 1990, he served as a Head of Financial Operations of the Crédit National. He joined the Générale des Eaux in 1990, and served as Managing Director in charge of public transport of Connex since 1995. Since 2000, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Transportation, VE's Transport Division. He has been Chairman of Veolia Environnement S.A. since December 12, 2010. He serves as a Director at Société des Eaux de Marseille S.A. He has been a Director of Veolia Environnement S.A. since May 2010. Mr. Frerot is a Graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique in 1977 and holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées."[1]
