"Mr. Anthony W. Lea, Tony, B.A. (Hons) served as Director of Finance at Anglo American PLC, a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. from 1999 to September 1, 2005. Mr. Lea served as Member of Executive Board at Anglo American plc until December 30, 2005. He has an extensive international operational experience in the UK, South Africa and North America. Mr. Lea worked at Anglo American PLC since 1972. Mr. Lea serves as Non Executive Chairman of Merrill Lynch World Mining Trust plc. He serves as Chairman of BlackRock World Mining Trust plc. He has been a Director of Minorco since 1985. He has been Non-Executive Director of BSI Group since July 1, 2007. He has been Non-Executive Director of Office of Fair Trading since April 2008. He has been Director of Anglo American Group since 1987. He has been Director of BlackRock World Mining Trust plc since July 29, 2005. Mr. Lea served as Director of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd.
